Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather events, or peak periods.

Once an order has been dispatched, Candlelit Comforts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by customers.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist.
