Refund & Returns Policy
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs to assess the issue.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal fragrance preference, or minor cosmetic variations associated with handcrafted products.
Where a product is deemed faulty or damaged, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Fragrance strength and scent perception vary between individuals and environments and are not considered faults.
